Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas (15.5 oz can)

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 Tbs tahini

1 lemon, squeezed

1/4 cup Safflower Oil (or other neutral flavor oil)

2 tsp coarse salt
Preparation

Add ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth.
Tips
When purchasing lemons you want them to have give when you press between your fingers. That means they have more juice.
