I Use to Believe

The less I ate the greater success my day was
‌
White carbs and sugar are bad, and therefore I was bad if I had them
‌
The more I sweat / the more calories I burned, the more successful my workout was
‌
The smaller my body was, the greater I was valued
‌
✨Now I Believe✨
‌
Planning ahead nutrient dense meals helps me avoid feeling out of control with food later
‌
Eating fiber and protein keeps my blood sugar and energy stable
‌
Drinking enough water helps me avoid headaches and feel more mentally focused
‌
The more I am able to walk, the more stable my mood is
‌
Strength training helps me keep up with house projects and lift heavy things
‌
Slowing down has helped regulate my nervous system and therefore better show up for my relationships
‌
Challenging days are days that I am applying all of the work I have done, and is making me stronger
‌
I am in complete control of my thoughts and what I make things mean
‌
I have found true happiness in admiring my god given qualities and being able to showcase them by supporting others each day.

I have come so far, and there are always new levels to conquer.
‌
If your belief system and stories are no longer serving you - this is what needs to change first before trying to change your body.
‌
My mission is to help more people truly experience what is possible for their life.
