About Jennie!

It is my mission to help you learn how to nourish your body through foods that support you best and habits you feel good about so you can truly LIVE in all aspects of your life!

The hard facts.

I received my Bachelor of Science in dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from Sage College. I completed my Health Coach Training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I started my nutrition career as the clinical nutrition manager in a sub acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. I worked in the clinical setting managing health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and post operative surgery.

I quickly found people needed more than 10 minutes of diet education or a handout. I was determined to work proactively in health care and give people more time and personalized attention.

I’ve been where you are too. Even as a dietitian, I have struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise that was all consuming. When everything else in my life felt out of control, I knew these were the areas I could cling to.

Through my own experience working through these challenges as well as my education, I have been blessed to help hundreds of women and men show up for themselves and create lasting health changes they feel good about. While still enjoying the foods and experiences they value in their life. It is my mission to help more people create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through prioritizing your needs, you can truly rise into your full potential and Live your life fully.

The fun facts!

  • I worked in restaurants from the time I was 14 until I started working full time as a dietitian (about 12 years!).
  • I met my husband while in grad school as a server in a restaurant, he was the chef.
  • I had braces four years starting in 4th grade, and head gear!
  • I have always gravitated towards and looked up to others older than me.
  •  My husband and I have a dream to live on a small farm…in big sky country, and have a homestead with cooking classes and wellness retreats.
  • A relaxing night with my husband includes opening a bottle of wine and talking about tasting notes.
  • My favorite restaurant is at home when my husband cooks.
  • I have a sweet poodle shih tzu mix named Cava after the Spanish wine grape, or the pasta, whichever you’re into.
