“I Know What I Should Be Doing but I’m Just Not Doing It.”

Does this sound like something you’ve said?

Knowledge is power to a degree, unless you aren’t taking ACTION on that knowledge.

ACTION is the POWER that will MOVE you forward.

On one of my 1:1 nutrition coaching calls my client said, “I know I needed to plan my meals better but I just wasn’t doing it.”

She’s a busy new mom of two, working and taking care of everybody else!

BUT she decided to take massive action and invest in herself.

She now takes 1-2 hours Sunday evenings to plan her breakfasts and several lunches for the week, so no matter which way life pulls her she has healthy meals that are moving her one step closer to her goals! And, she is saving a lot of $$ on groceries with a plan on what foods she is using for the week.

She said, “If I didn’t get on the phone and check in with you every week, I would not have STARTED to make healthy changes and still be where I was.”

And guess what, life sure isn’t slowing down anytime soon!

The word she used frequently in our conversation was CONSISTENCY. She is now building this habit into her schedule and making it a more consistent part of planning her week.

I love to see people that contribute so much to others and their family, to start taking massive action on their own goals.

Let me know if this is something that you struggle with also!

Be Well, Jennie
