Have You Spent Most of Your Adult Life On and Off Diets?

Have you spent most of your adult life going on and off various diets?

Categorizing foods as good / bad or X points

Thinking about food in the sense of, I can have this, or I can’t have this

Carbs are bad and the reason I can’t lose weight

You can/have lost weight if you put your mind to it and cut out a bunch of things in your diet
But then as soon as you stop restricting those items, you gain the weight back, Plus More!

It doesn’t have to be ALL or NOTHING

I recently interviewed one of my rockstars, Marissa, and I can’t wait to share with you her experience working together and how she is feeling now.

Marissa is able to now create delicious satisfying meals that work for her and her lifestyle while enjoying the fun foods and drinks she enjoys.

The diet industry doesn’t care how you feel, what your individual energy needs are based on your lifestyle and activity level. These programs are setting you up to fail, thinking you have no will power and having to continue to restart the plan over and over – and continuing to pay them.

Marissa was frustrated with figuring out meals all the time and how to include meal planning into her weeks on top of her other extensive responsibilities. She said, once she got out of her own way and prioritized this, it ended up making her life (and meal times) so much easier!

“I feel empowered. I know how to make the best decisions for my body and it feels more natural. I feel confident in moving forward with all of the tools that you have helped me set up for myself!”

“I used to come back from vacation and stay on “vacation mode” with my food for months after that. I have proven to myself I can go away, enjoy myself and come right back to my routine and what helps me feel my best. In the past that’s not how it would go!”

“I’m a better mom by creating these meals that are better for me and exposing my girls to more nutritious meals.

I’m a better mom because I prioritize my fitness and movement throughout the day.

I’m setting an example for them, that I don’t have to give up things to be healthy.

As a mom it’s so important to show that you invest in yourself and take care of yourself!

Even if you aren’t a mom, it’s so important to take care of your body. To manage illness and sickness.”

It’s worth it for the long run!
