“My biggest frustration with my past nutrition journey was always being hungry when trying to lose weight.

I would be really hungry and think I can’t have certain foods because I don’t have enough points or calories.

 I always thought about food.

I would tell myself I couldn’t have certain foods because it’s not really healthy and not going to help me reach my goal. But I thought about them all the time.

I would get to my goal, but I never sustained it.
That was my problem.
I had done it So many times, I finally said something is wrong.
Whatever I have been doing is not fixing the problem.

The change really needs to start on the inside, with your thinking and your habits. Not on the outside. In the past it was always about the scale and the outside.

I was always taking care of everybody else, it was never me.
This time I said, enough of the yo-yoing, find out what you need to do for you and get it right.

Now, my energy is great and it lasts through the day!
I feel like I am fueling my body with the right foods to sustain that energy.
It isn’t something I do now to check out and feel better, temporarily.

Nutrition Coaching isn’t just about the food. You learn about nutrition and how to create meals that sustain you. But it’s so much more than that. It’s about the routines and the habits that you’re helping me form.”
