17 Nov It Starts with One Person

As I was sitting there feeling quite helpless overcoming being sick and losing my voice . It also allowed a gift of time, stillness,  and reflection. While the illness is temporary, it makes me even MORE grateful for my health.

It also makes me even more in awe of the truly amazing humans I have had the ability to walk alongside in their health journey. As I was putting together this collage, I could tell you the general family and life of each of these people. Their strengths, challenges and barriers they had to overcome to find this confidence and freedom on the other side.

Because that is exactly what they are, real people with real life experiences. And in order to truly change your circumstances to something so much better than you could imagine, you need someone in your corner walking shoulder to shoulder with you.

Nutrition coaching isn’t me just telling you what to eat and what not to eat. You can find that anywhere, and let’s be honest, how has that been working for you?

It would be great if it were that simple.

This is a true transformation of reconnecting back with yourself and unlocking the full potential already inside of you.

It’s wild how we can feel so terrible, and so humbly grateful at the same time! When you allow yourself to feel the full polarity of human emotions, you are able to work through the difficult moments with more ease and peace. You are able to sit in suck and allow the locust to grow in the mud. 

Incredibly grateful for the relationships I have with my nutrition clients over the years, currently and for years to come.

No matter what you are going through, when you take a moment to pause and be where your feet are, there is often so much beauty and strength. 

If you know you are not where you want to be, the hardest part is often asking for help. There are so many things you can do now to start taking action towards your health and relationship with food.

My mission is to help even more people truly find this for themselves, and as a result change the trajectory of future generations.
