The Ripple Effect

I was talking with a client the other day about how she started changing her morning routine and how this created a positive Ripple effect to the rest of her day.

  • She woke up earlier

  • Went to a workout class

  • Increased weights during workout (as a result of fueling her body better)

  • Sat down and head breakfast with her children before school/work

She had NEVER done this before on busy weekday mornings and her kids LOVED it. They asked her if she would do this more often with them.

AND she actually sat down and enjoyed her own satisfying breakfast rather than grabbing the quickest thing she could find and eating on the drive to work. (Sound Familiar?)

All play a huge role in our overall health and wellness.

Just by taking this time to SIT and eat and be more THOUGHTFUL about our food choices, our bodies can more effectively digest and absorb our food.

Her DIGESTION has improved and she is making more CONSCIOUS food choices throughout the day.

Having a positive morning routine will RIPPLE into the rest of your day.

As well as stopping and being present with the ones we love most in our lives!

My clients are successful because they are building healthy habits and awareness around their food and lifestyle choices. They are taking positive ACTION that RIPPLE into other aspects of their lives.

This can also be very true if we start our day on a negative note.
