Does your diet teach you how to take your daughters out to breakfast and still meet your goals?

One of my rockstar clients was concerned about going out to breakfast with her family at a bakery they Love and still staying on track with all of the progress she has made so far.

She was concerned about having too many carbs, not feeling well after as a result and making poor choices for the rest of the day.

Does this sound like something you have felt?

I asked her what she would really enjoy getting at the bakery and she said a croissant.

Then I asked her what she thinks she could do to meet her protein goals? 

After working on these skills together, SHE came up with bringing two soft boiled eggs with her and pairing them with the croissant she would enjoy and a cup of coffee.

This would allow her to still feel satisfied, meet her goals, enjoy a food she loves and spend time with her family. 

WITHOUT feeling guilty and out of control.

These are HUGE wins.
