Learning to Trust Your Body is the Best Gift!

“I have learned to trust my body in terms of nutrition and activity.

I have always had the discipline to control my eating and activity, so for me this was about less discipline and control and more trust.  You gave me permission to relax the disciple I thought I needed but realize now I don’t. I don’t fight my body anymore. That feels good.

I have learned how to eat more intuitively and a better (healthier and more satisfying) mix of foods (carbs) while maintaining weight, muscle mass, and physical performance. I now embrace my rest day and don’t feel worried I will gain weight or lose performance by taking it.

Success to me was trusting my body to tell me what it needs. Incorporating those satisfying carbs and eating with my family without worry or guilt.

It’s awesome!”

I love how success and health looks different with each person I work with.
Sometimes health means slowing down, resting more and eating more.
Sometimes health means kicking it up a notch, moving more and adding more nutrient dense foods into your life.

What does health look like to you?
