You don’t need to be extreme to be successful.
Following more rules and eliminating aspects of your life you enjoy, is actually setting you up to feel restricted and gives power to these foods.
When we can’t have something we desire, we want it MORE.
Willpower is temporary – it is a tactic that will only get you so far.
Understanding what YOUR body needs to feel your best and manage cravings, WHILE including aspects of your life and nutrition you enjoy, are key to sticking with it and enjoying the process!

I just was talking with a client that had ice cream on vacation, twice, with NO stomach issues. When we started working together she had severe IBS and thought she was intolerant to milk! This is HUGE and about quality of life!
